ISO/IEC 17025 Calibration Services You Can Depend On

ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation

At IN-CAL™our ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation reflects our commitment to technical excellence. As one of the region’s most trusted accredited labs, our clients rely on us to deliver consistent, audit-ready results backed by a clearly defined scope of accreditation.

Our ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation

ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard that establishes the requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. To become accredited, a calibration laboratory must prove to an independent accreditation body that they are qualified, competent and comply with the current ISO/IEC 17025 standard for the list of capabilities defined in their Scope of Accreditation.

The ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation body not only audits and approves our Management System, they observe technicians performing actual calibrations and approve the uncertainty calculations for each capability listed in the Scope of Accreditation. In addition, the calibration laboratory participates in on-going inter-laboratory proficiency testing to verify each measurement capability and their related measurement uncertainties.

IN-CAL™ offers both Accredited and Standard (Commercial) Calibration Services. Most calibration services (Accredited and standard/commercial) follow the same procedures and use the same reference standards, the calibration certificate for accredited calibration services will also include:

  • Our accreditation logo

  • Our certificate number (issued by the accreditation body)

  • Measurement uncertainties for each test point

Additional quality standards and practices implemented at IN-CAL™:

  • Calibrations traceable to NIST and other National Metrology Institutes

  • ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 Compliant

  • ISO 10012:2003 Compliant

  • Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) Awareness

  • MIL-STD-45662A Compliant (superceded by ISO 10012)
